My rehabilitation at IPT was nothing short of phenomenal. The care and support shown by the dedicated staff, from the receptionist to the owner, certainly is an integral reason why they have such success and loyal clients. While the exercise machines are present, it is the “hands-on” approach and the personal “touch” used when dealing with each patient’s distinct issues and problems that makes people come from far and wide when in need of physical therapy. Patients are not treated strictly as patients. They are people who are in need of emotional, spiritual as well as physical support. IPT comes through with flying colors in that regard.
